I run a tiny photo log called phlog.space. You upload a photo and it comes back wrecked by one of 35 random effects: crushed JPEG, pixel sorting, VHS, CGA, fax, thermal camera, and now Kodachrome, Super 8, cyanotype and tintype. You can turn effects off.
Photos end up 400px, the original isn’t kept and EXIF/GPS is stripped. One “nice” and one short comment per photo. No ads, no follower counts.
It’s free. I approve new accounts by hand.
